David Bent is a diverse & innovative artist.He began his formal art education at Wolverhampton College of Art where he thrived on a training that was both traditional and avant garde.

In the1980’s David began to travel the world , spending extensive periods of time in Peru, Costa Rica, India and Nepal – always taking photographs, painting, and collecting the ephemera and experiences that form the foundation of his travel influenced paintings and collages.

As an artist intrigued by the world that he sees, David continues to create new work exploring a wide range of subjects that interest him.

The more one views his substantial body of work, the more intriguing it becomes.
